Alpine Skiing: Marcel Hirscher and his girlfriend Laura Moisl become parents

Marcel Hirscher has announced in an emotional post on Instagram that he will soon become a father. On a picture of the platform Hirscher and girlfriend Laura Moisl can be seen holding a pair of baby ski boots.

“The real adventure starts right now,” Hirscher wrote. The man from Salzburg has been with Moisl for about ten years.

The 29-year-old has won 58 World Cup races in his career. Most recently, he won the overall World Cup for the seventh time in a row. Hirscher won two gold and one silver medal at the Olympic Games in Pyeongchang last February.
