Handball: Appointment chaos in November: Rhein-Neckar Löwen sour

The German champion Rhein-Neckar Löwen was sharply criticized in two days in the face of two matches. The game plan says the lions must be killed on the 11th.November first in the national league with SC DHfK Leipzig, on 12.November then in the Champions League at FC Barcelona.

“With this termination a border was crossed”, said Löwen managing director Jennifer Kettemann to the “Mannheimer Morgen”.

“There is a lot of talk about relieving the pressure on the players, but there is hardly any talk between them. Now the players are the ones who are suffering again. If it had been up to me, we would have sent our second team to Barcelona. But it is the explicit wish of the players to compete in Barcelona.I’m very proud of my team,”Kettenmann said.
