At the kick-off against the Bengals, the thermometer in Lambeau Field showed exactly 89 degrees Fahrenheit – that’s almost 32 degrees Celsius.Since the beginning of the records in 1959, it has never been so warm at the beginning of a Packer home game.

The previous Lambeau record was 84 degrees Fahrenheit and came from the 6th place.October 1963, then it was against Los Angeles Rams. 85 degrees Fahrenheit was already available at a Packers home game, but the match was played at Milwaukee County Stadium in 1994.

Usually Lambeau is known in the state of Wisconsin for its icy temperatures, and the stadium is nicknamed “Frozen Tundra”for good reason. In 1967 it became cold at the “Ice Bowl” against the cowboys -13 degrees Fahrenheit.Converted to minus 25 degrees Celsius.
