NBA: Officially: Green extended in Memphis

Memphis Grizzlies and their Restricted Free Agent JaMychal Green have finally signed a new contract.The Power Forward will remain with the Tennessee franchise for another two years.

As Sham’s Charania of The Vertical reports, Green has signed a two-year contract that will earn him about $17 million over this period.The grizzlies confirmed the renewal shortly afterwards without disclosing details of the contract.

Green played in Memphis the most productive season of his career.In 75 of his 77 missions, the forward started and scored an average of 7.4 points and 5.4 rebounds.The 27-year-old was not drafted in 2012 after four years at college in Alabama.He made his NBA debut in 2015 for the San Antonio Spurs before joining the Grizzlies.
