NBA: Wade:”Hope for the fourth ring”

Now it’s official.Dwyane Wade joins the Cleveland Cavaliers after his buyout with the Chicago Bulls.There, D-Wade will meet his old friend LeBron James, who won two championships with the Miami Heat.

“Hoping to win a fourth ring, I’ve reached an agreement with the Chicago Bulls and now I’m happy to be part of the Cleveland Cavaliers,”Wade said in an official statement,”There’s no better place for me to continue playing on a high level right now.Cleveland believes in my leadership skills.”

The 35-year-old was also looking forward to the reunion with his buddy LeBron James.I am very grateful to the Bulls, my fans and the community of Chicago for welcoming me with open arms.That meant a lot to me.Chicago will always have a special place in my heart.”

Cavs-GM Coby Altman was also pleased with the Cavs’ coup:”We are very happy that he is now with us.It will be an important part of our plans so that we can achieve the greatest possible success.”

Maybe the Cavs will be in a better mood again.LeBron James compared the arrival with the beginning of school.”It feels like after the holidays.You go to the classroom, you don’t know exactly who your classmates are, and then you see one of your best friends.We’ll have a lot of fun, it’ll be a good class.”

According to Adrian Wojnariwski, Wade will collect about $2.3 million next season.
