NFL: Abdul-Jabbar lacks understanding for critics of NFL protests

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar has a clear opinion on the motives of the Americans who criticize the NFL’s racial protests,”They don’t like the message,”the 70-year-old told MSNBC.

Not all sports fans will agree that NFL pros will kneel down before the matches as they play the U. S. national anthem to draw attention to maladministration in the country. In their criticism in social media, they cite allegedly a lack of respect for the nation and the flag, Abdul-Jabbar believes this to be a pretext.

Quarterback Colin Kaepernick started protesting last year, saying,”Colin has been talking about things that worry black people every day,”said six-time NBA champion Abdul-Jabbar,”and people don’t want to deal with it.”
