NFL: Dallas cowboy owner threatens to punish Dallas cowboy owners for anthem protest

Jerry Jones, owner of the Dallas Cowboys, has threatened to punish his pros if they enter the protests of numerous NFL pros during the hymn, saying,”If you don’t respect the flag, you won’t play,”the billionaire said after 31:35 of his cowboys against the Green Bay Packers. He would not tolerate such a protest under any circumstances.

In principle, Jones supported his players and encouraged them to express their opinion, he said – but not during the national anthem. These should follow the cowboy pros standing up to honor the U. S. flag.Protest actions are taking place across the league, and many players are kneeling down during the anthem.

The Dallas boss had also joined the protest lately. Before his team’s Arizona Cardinals match, Jones and his pros went down on their knees in the middle of the field. The action took place before the national anthem was played. The billion-dollar Jones and the players received cheers for their behaviour, also from fans of the Dallas Cowboys.
