NHL: Training break for Edmonton’s Draisaitl

Ice hockey international Leon Draisaitl has to stop training because of a bruise in his eyes.The 21-year-old had lost a puck or stick close to his eye in the Edmonton Oilers’ game against the Winnipeg Jets (2:5) and is to pause until the swelling has gone down, according to coach Todd McLellan.The team announced this via Twitter.

So far, the Oilers assume that Draisaitl will be fit again by Saturday’s next match against the Ottawa Senators.
