Following the arrest of Dennis Schröder last month, the Atlanta Hawks have now announced an unspecified disciplinary measure in a statement.

Hawks-GM Travis Schlenk said in it that the investigation into the incident on 29 May was not successful.I would like to say that it is not yet finalised by the end of September.However, the research to date has shown that Schröder was involved in an “unacceptable” physical confrontation that “is not tolerated by the Hawks organization”.

Schröder is therefore awaiting a disciplinary measure “at the appropriate time”.Schlenk also said that the Point Guard had reacted correctly:”Dennis took responsibility for his actions.He’s looking forward to learning from this incident and is now focusing on the new season.”

Schröder played 17.9 points and 6.3 assists in the Hawks last season.
