NFL: Curious!

Curious scenes in the game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys: Because cowboy kicker Dan Bailey injured himself at the groin, Safety Jeff Heath had to take it.

In the first half Bailey, one of the NFL’s best kickers, had injured himself in the groin. Dallas tried to make a two-point conversion without Bailey on the court after a touchdown, but didn’t make it into the final zone.

Then Heath’s first big hour struck: Due to the failed two-point conversion, Strong Safety had to carry out the kick-off – and surprised with a shot up to the opponent’s goal line, the return almost dropping the ball.

And it went even further! Heath didn’t have to play a field goal, but he had a lot of extra points to do because of the strong cowboy’s opener: Of three attempts, he turned two!

The cowboys beat San Francisco with 40:10.
