NBA: In case of injury: Nowitzki does not rule out earlier end of career

Dirk Nowitzki of the Dallas Mavericks does not rule out an earlier end to his career in the event of a new injury. This said the superstar in conversation with the Bild-Zeitung.

“If I’m off for another two months, you can discuss it. Then I’ll talk to Holger Geschwindner and my family, see if the motivation is still there,”Nowitzki said and said:”Now I’ll see how the season is going”.

The 39-year-old’s contract with the Texans, who celebrated their first win of the season after four defeats at the 103:94 against the Memphis Grizzlies after four previous defeats, runs until 2019,”It would be great to fulfill the two years,”said Nowitzki, who had to pause for almost two months last year because of problems with the Achilles tendon.

The Wuerzburg man stated that US President Donald Trump was not to be followed as a follow up on Twitter,”but it’s hard to prevent him from catching anything. Sooner or later, you can see as many retweets as he always gets,”said the triple father Nowitzki, who is married to a Swedish woman and is following the political clash in his adopted country with concern.

For example, the Nazi marches. There’s a lot going on, turbulent times,”said the 2011 NBA champion, demanding:”We must all stick together. I don’t care if they’re white or black. We all have to pull together. It’s the only way out of there.”
