NFL: Kaepernick lawyer expects prompt commitment

Colin Kaepernick still has no team, but his protest last year still dominates the headlines. If Kaepernick’s lawyer is to be successful, this should change soon.

Star lawyer Mark Geragos explained in the Adam Carolla Show:”I think that he will sign with a team within the next ten days. I think someone’s gonna sign him up. In my opinion, the NFL has come to its senses and has noticed that every day that passes is only an additional proof of the internal agreement.

Kaepernick had recently lodged an official complaint against the team owners. The quarterback accuses the owners of having agreed among themselves not to sign the quarterback and had hired Geragos to do so.

He recently reported in the Pro Football Talk Podcast that the case of the internal agreement had been confirmed since March. However, it is likely to be difficult to prove such agreements – even if they have been made – before a court of law.
