NHL: Two Grabner goals at home win of the New York Rangers

Success all along the line for Michael Grabner: The Austrian ice hockey legionary in the NHL scored two goals at his New York Rangers’ 5-3 home win over the Columbus Blue Jackets on Tuesday night.

In the second period, the Carinthian scored 1:2, while his Empty-Net goal finished 48 seconds ahead of the final whistle.

Thomas Vanek had to admit defeat of the Detroit Red Wings with his Vancouver Canucks on his own ice with a 2:3 victory. The Styrian scored a score in this game by preparing his team’s first goal.
