NHL: 1925.

Altstar Jaromir Jagr has been with his 1925. In the NHL including play-off legend Gordie Howe (1924) left behind and is now the only runner-up. Mark Messier (1992) is clearly in the lead in the record list.

The 45-year-old Czech Jagr had returned to the ice after an injury break of a good two weeks and had lost 3:5 with the Calgary Flames at the Vancouver Canucks.

Jagr had signed a one-year contract in Calgary at the beginning of October. In terms of the number of main-round games completed, the two-time Stanley Cup winner with 1717 bets is only fourth.

The Canadian Howe, who passed away last year, leads with 1767 games ahead of his compatriots Messier (1756) and Ron Francis (1731).
