Golf: Professional golfer Gal at half time in China Fifth place

Sandra Gal is in excellent fifth place at the mid-term of the US Women’s Tournament on the Chinese island of Hainan Island and is aiming for her best result of the season.

The 32-year-old played a 70 on the Par-72 course on the second day and scored a total of 141 strokes. The South African Ashleigh Buhai was the front runner with 135 strokes.

The second German starter, Caroline Masson, scored 146 strokes and finished 26th. surely the cut. Sandra Gal has a ninth place finish in Mexico City from early May, the best result of the year to date.
