NFL: Dallas Cowboys: Elliott lock reapplies

The U. S. Second Circuit Court has rejected Ezekiel Elliott’s objection to his suspension. This means that the running back of the Dallas Cowboys will not be available on the tenth day of play against the Atlanta Falcons.

The six-game curfew would keep Elliott out of the game until 24th grade. It shall expire on 31 December and shall enter into force until the case is brought back to court in the course of a new appeal.

In the previous week, the ban had unexpectedly been suspended by an appeal court, allowing Elliott to run up against the Kansas City Chiefs.
