Ski Alpin: Neureuther misses ORF presenter Pariasek

His first race as a sire and promptly he was able to celebrate a victory – Felix Neureuther experienced a perfect start to the World Cup winter at the slalom in Levi, Finland.

For the German, the race had only one flaw: he had to do without the obligatory interview with ORF presenter Rainer Pariasek.

The Anchorman of the Austrian Broadcasting Company refused to travel to the far north. Instead, his colleague Alina Zellhofer from Levi reported. Neureuther seems to have missed Pariasek, after his winning interview he asked in the camera:”Rainer, aren’t you tired of coming up to Finland?”

The ski star then assured that he had no objections to Pariasek’s representation,”I am very pleased. You look a bit better than Rainer,”he told Zellhofer.

It is not the first time that Neureuther entertains viewers with his humour on Austrian television. Pariasek in particular has often been the target of his jokes. A scene from 2015 is legendary when Neureuther interviewed himself because the ORF presenter appeared too late for an interview.
