DEL: Ice Hockey: Goal scorer Henrion prolonged in Düsseldorf

The EC of Düsseldorf has extended the contract with striker John Henrion, which expires in 2018, by two years ahead of schedule. The 26-year-old American changed to the club from the DEL at the beginning of the season.

With nine goals in 20 games, he is the best marksman of the traditional club so far.

“John has more than fulfilled the expectations placed in him. The price/performance ratio is absolutely right. He has a strong streak to the goal, is offensive for us a real enrichment and a positive surprise overall,”said Sports Director Niki Mondt.
