EBEL: KAC celebrates highly deserved victory over Zagreb

The KAC won the 20. In the second round of the Erste Bank Ice Hockey League (EBEL) they celebrated a well-earned 4-1 home win over Zagreb. The Klagenfurt team thus took revenge for the 1:5 defeat in Croatia and caught up with the second-placed Linzer on points. The Upper Austrians, however, played one game less.

The KAC dominated from the start, but missed many chances, so the third goal was lost. Tyler Morley then turned the game upside down with the lead for Zagreb (25th). Manuel Ganahl, however, provided the quick equalization (29th). Thomas Koch then set the course for KAC victory three minutes later. In the final section Thomas Hundertpfund met again in a shortfall (41th) and Koch (44th). KAC-routine Patrick Harand contested his total of 800. Match in the top domestic league.
