Cavaliers coach Tyronn Lue is annoyed by the ongoing discussion about the number of minutes LeBron James spends. He compared the King to Michael Jordan, among others.

James is currently leading the league with 38.6 minutes. That’s always the reason for discussions – coach Tyronn Lue is annoyed by them.

After the most recent victory against the Pistons, in which James was finally able to rest at the end, he says:”I can’t hear that anymore. I played with Michael Jordan when he was 39. He played there 37 minutes a night. Karl Malone was 37 and had 38 minutes.”

According to Lue, it simply depends on the physical characteristics that a player brings with him or her,”Everyone is built differently. Sometimes, if you’re one of the best, you have to play a lot and sometimes – like today against Detroit – you get your breaks.”
