Bundesliga club Telekom Baskets Bonn has signed the Croatian Tomislav Zubcic. The 27-year-old Power Forward receives a contract with the Rhinelanders until the end of the season.

This was the Bonn-based company’s reaction to the long-term failure of the American Jordan Park, which had to be operated on because of joint damage to the knee. Most recently Zubcic played for the Turkish first division club Trabzonspor.

“As a great player, he has a very solid throw and will help us with his experience,” said Predrag Krunic, head coach of Bonn, about the 2.12 m tall newcomer:”We are delighted that we were able to find a player so quickly after Jordan’s operation that closes the gap in the Power Forward position.
