NBA: KD: Nothing special against OKC anymore

Kevin Durant and the Golden State Warriors are facing the top match against OKC Thunder (2:00 pm live on DAZN). The matchup against his old love is nothing special for him anymore. However, it is questionable whether he can play along at all.

“This is now a normal game for me,”Durant said on Tuesday as part of a training session,”I’ve learned to ignore the fans and the atmosphere and just play.”

In the past season, KD played three games (three victories!) against the Thunder in outstanding numbers. He scored 37.7 points per night. Whether he can do this again, however, is questionable: Because of an ankle injury it is not yet certain whether he can play at all.

However, observers of the training on Tuesday noticed that he was able to participate in all the drills and did not hold back. That’s a good bet.
