NBA: Media: Millsap threatens 3 months break!

That would be a bitter setback for the Denver Nuggets: The team could miss the Power Forward Paul Millsap, who was injured in the hand, for up to three months.

Millsap had injured his wrist in the match against the Lakers (on Monday night). The Vertical and ESPN, among others, report that he has torn a ligament in the joint.

This would probably lead to an operation, which would in turn result in up to three months of downtime.

Millsap didn’t sign with the nuggets until the summer as a Free Agent and together with Nikola Jokic forms a dreaded frontcourt duo. The 32-year-old hangs up 16 points and 6.3 rebounds on average. The nuggets are in 6th place in the West with a 10-7 record.
