Handball: EHF-Cup: Foxes easily reach the group stage

The Foxes Berlin have easily and easily reached the group stage in the EHF-Cup. The Bundesliga runners-up in the second division of the Bundesliga triumphed against FC Porto with 33:25 in the second leg of the third qualifying round.

The Berliners had already won the first leg in Portugal 30:27.

Best fox throwers in front of 6009 spectators in the Max-Schmeling-Halle were Steffen Fäth and Mattias Zachrisson with six goals each. The group stage starts on the 10th day. February 2018.

In the last three years, the winner of the “small” European Cup, as in 13 of the last 14 seasons, always came from the Bundesliga. Defending champion is Frisch Auf Göppingen.
