NBA: Durant injury: Kerr stings against league

Kevin Durant of the Golden State Warriors failed against the Chicago Bulls and is also questionable against the New Orleans Pelicans. Coach Steve Kerr now explained that KD should not have played against Oklahoma City Thunder and could not resist a lead in the league.

We thought he was fit, but after the game against OKC he had problems again,”said Kerr about the injury to Durant,” I’m sure the league is happy that we used him against OKC against Russell Westbrook and all the others. Now he’s hurt again. I shouldn’t have used him.”

Kerr addressed the new rules of the NBA. In the so-called 22′ marquee games’ no players may be spared if they are healthy. Failure to comply with these rules would result in fines of at least $100,000 to the teams.

Durant scored 21 points against his former team, but the Warriors ended up losing double-digit.
