DEL: Red Bull Munich for weeks without Pinizzotto

Master EHC Red Bull Munich will have to give up his striker Steve Pinizzotto for several weeks.

As the club announced on Monday, the 33-year-old suffered a leg injury last Friday evening (4:3) in his home win against the Augsburg Panthers and is unavailable until further notice.

The Munich-based company did not provide any further details. Pinizzotto was third-best scorer in the title defence behind Keith Aucoin and international Brooks Macek.
