HBL: Foxes fetch Semisch and Marsenic – Nenadic and Vukovic leave

Füchse Berlin is pushing ahead with personnel planning for the coming season. The runner-up in the standings announced on Monday that Malte Semisch and Mijaljo Marsenic had signed up. At the same time, the club announced the departure of Petar Nenadic, who joins the Hungarian top club Telekom Veszprem after three and a half years in Berlin in the winter.

Drago Vukovic also leaves the club, his contract expiring this summer will not be renewed.

The 25-year-old Semisch comes from TSV Hannover-Burgdorf and is to inherit goalkeeper Oldie Petr Stochl (41) for the new season.”We are delighted that we were able to find Malte, a strong man for the goalkeeper’s position, who will hold up the competition,”said Foxes Managing Director Bob Hanning. Serbia’s Marsenic will be joined in the new season by Champions League winner Vardar Skopje and will receive a three-year contract.

Frederik Simak’s young talent contract, which expires this summer, has also been extended until 2020.
