The game between the New Orleans Pelicans and the Golden State Warriors was once again full of pepper. In the final phase, DeMarcus cousins and Kevin Durant got together and both were ejected. Afterwards Durant gave himself the lowing of his voice and his coach Steve Kerr was critical.
“I think they threw us out very quickly,”Durant said after his third injection in 18 games,”We’ve had each other’s opinion, but that’s quite normal,” said Durant, who was almost finished at that point, the Warriors leading the game at 74 seconds on the clock with eight points and finally winning the game.
“Whenever I get ejected, I see that it’s late in the game,”Durant continued,”I don’t lose my nerve in the first half,” but KD also took a critical look at himself and said that such heated situations shouldn’t affect his game,”players like Cousins know that he’s emotional. I can’t let that influence me, and I just have to stay myself.”
Warriors coach Steve Kerr meanwhile spoke of a chaotic victory and criticised his team,”We mustn’t lose our nerves. We’re the champion,”appealed Kerr.”We’re much too emotional, including me. We should only be concerned with our performance.”
I don’t want to hurt myself, I don’t want to be banned. I just love the game,” he says,”I don’t want to fight in the field. Nobody in the league does that either. Nobody’s going to strike. We’re just having heated discussions.”
However, there have been several fights in the Warriors’ games, including the Washington Wizards, as Draymond Green with Kelly Oubre Jr. When it escalates, there’s plenty of people who can get in between,”Durant reassured.” That’s what keeps us from doing something stupid. We’re all grown-ups, and no one wants to get into this.”
