Handball: Bundesliga: FA Göppingen commits Tim Sörensen to right-wing foreigner

Frisch Auf Göppingen has signed the Danish right-wing foreigner Tim Sörensen from the coming season until the end of the 2019/20 season.

This was announced by the first German European Cup winner on Friday. The 25-year-old is currently playing at the Swedish championship leader IFK Kristianstad, with whom he won the championship in May.

In the Champions League, Sörensen scored 39 goals in ten games for IFK. The left-hander is part of the 28-man squad of the Danish national team for the upcoming European Championships in Croatia:”Tim has his strengths in speed play and convinces with a good effectiveness in attack,”said Göppingen’s sporting director Christian Schöne.
