NBA: Cavaliers’ winning streak torn to pieces:”Let’s start the next one.”

For the Cleveland Cavaliers, the series of 13 consecutive victories is torn at the Indiana Pacers. The grief about this was kept within limits – instead, people were already looking ahead.

The Cavs had won 13 times in a row and thus set the franchise record. It was a defeat against the Pacers, however:”Such series are there to tear at some point,”LeBron James put on the record afterwards:”That was a really great run we had. We were focused, we finished games. But today the opponent was better.”

Coach Tyronn Lue was also very pleased with his team’s recent performances:”This has shown that we can play Cavaliers basketball. We have a self-confident team. We were just in the Locker Room talking about starting a new show.”

Kyle Korver told us that the team had a lot of fun during the race – but not yet at the limit,”We are still growing together as a team. Some players are injured and will be back soon. If everyone stays healthy, we have a great season ahead of us.”
