NBA: LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball hire in Lithuania

LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball have signed a one-year contract with the Lithuanian club Prienu Vytautas. ESPN editor Jeff Goodman, informed by ball-consultant Harrison Gaines and Prienus coach Virginijus Seskus.

ESPN had already reported that LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball had serious discussions with a team from Europe, but the deal was now closed. LiAngelo was previously suspended by his college team UCLA because he was arrested for shoplifting when his team travelled to Hangzhou.

Prienu Vytautas is hoping for a boost in media attention, as it is doubtful whether Lonzo Ball’s brothers will be able to help the Lithuanian team with sport.

Prienu Vytautas plays in a 1,700-seat hall, 500 of which are reserved for sponsors. The team has no GM and does not train regularly due to financial constraints.

A more than unfavorable starting position for the 16-year-old LaMelo, who has the potential to play in the NBA one day, like his oldest brother Lonzo Ball (L. A.). Lakers) since this season.
