Ice hockey: DEB team tests against France twice before World Cup

Shortly before the World Cup 2018 in Denmark, the German national team will be running two tests against France. The national coach Marco Sturm’s team is expecting the neighbour to take part in the Euro Hockey Challenge on 19. April in Wolfsburg, two days later there will be a reunion in Berlin.

Sport1 broadcasts both matches live. Wolfsburg celebrates its premiere as the venue for an international hockey match.

“We are very pleased to have found an attractive second venue in Wolfsburg next to the Wellblechpalast in Berlin. With France as their opponents, the fans will also be offered two attractive games shortly before the World Cup,”said Sturm.
