NFL: Packers Reset Rodgers to Injured Reserve List

The Green Bay Packers have put Aaron Rodgers back on the Injured Reserve List. The star quarterback will therefore be suspended for the games against the Minnesota Vikings and the Detroit Lions.

Rodgers, who was activated for the game against the Carolina Panthers (24:31) from the Injured Reserve, will be replaced by Brett Hundley. Joe Callahan also returns to the Packers squad.

Rodgers had sustained a clavicle injury in Week 6 and had returned to the pitch early in the game, hoping to playoff – despite his aura without success.

According to NFL network reporter Ian Rapoport, Rodgers has not yet been completely rehabilitated, which is why the franchise does not want to take any risks after the end of the post-season race.
