DEL: Goal scorer Kris Foucault extended in Wolfsburg

Striker Kris Foucault has extended his contract with Grizzlys Wolfsburg from the DEL by one year. This was announced by the runner-up on Friday. The 27-year-old Canadian has been playing for grizzlies since last season. After a difficult first year with a serious hip injury he is the top scorer of Lower Saxony with 16 goals and 13 goals in the current season.

“After his very unfortunate first season and a serious injury, Kris showed how important he can be for our team. In addition to his running skills, he has a very good shot and an equally good eye for his fellow players,”said sports director and managing director Charly Fliegauf.
