The Nordic Combiner Tobias Haug ended his career at the age of 24. This was announced by the native of Freiburg on Friday. Haug had recently fallen several times.

“Falls are part of ski jumping. But I realized that it gets harder and harder to fasten my skis and jump again from time to time. It’s dragging. It’s eating at you. It pulled me out nervously,”Haug wrote on his Facebook page.

Haug had made his debut in the World Cup in January 2013, his best result in the singles was a 14th place. First place at the start of the Seefeld-Triple in January 2014. On the 26th.
