BBL: Alba pursuer shortens the gap, Ludwigsburg patts

Former series champion Alba Berlin narrowed the gap in the Bundesliga to Bayern Munich. Alba won against Ascendant Science City Jena 100:67 (47:47) and scored 22:8 points. The residents of Munich have 28:2 points.

The MHP giants Ludwigsburg (18:6) left behind. For s. Oliver Würzburg lost to coach John Patrick’s team 87:94 (41:32) but has played three games less than Bayern Munich.

Power Forward Luke Sikma led Berlin to victory with 19 points. In the second half, Alba scored 53 points and only allowed 20. For Ludwigsburg, this was their second defeat in the last nine games. The most successful thrower on the pitch was Maurice Stuckey (20) from Würzburg.
