NBA:”I hate them”: Theis shines despite his mask

Since Daniel Theis recently broke his nose, he has to play with a mask at the moment, which he doesn’t really like. However, you didn’t see much of it in the game against the Chicago Bulls.

Before the game, Theis had got a new model after he was annoyed about missing visibility. He said to NBC Sports:”It’s uncomfortable, but what can you do? The good news is I can see more of the court with the new mask. Maybe I’ll get some more rebounds.”

Indeed, he did it – Theis shone with 10 points and 15 rebounds from the bank, he was one of the guarantors for the clear 117:92 victory of Celtics. Nevertheless, he made it clear:”The visibility is better, but I still hate having a mask on my face. I hate her. I’ll be happy when I’m done with it.”

According to Celtics doctors, he will have to wear the mask for another three to five weeks,”I’ll try in three,”said Theis.

The 25-year-old is currently in his first NBA season and scores 4.5 points, 4.2 rebounds and 0.7 blocks per game in 13.1 minutes for Celtics.
