NFL: Seahawks star drives change to cowboys

Earl Thomas is driving his move to the Dallas Cowboys. The Seattle Seahawks’ safety would still like to fulfil their contract with the Seahawks, but they are not averse to a trade to their club.

“I’ve always been a cowboy fan,”Thomas explained after the Seahawks’ 21/12 victory over the cowboys. The 28-year-old caused a stir when he told Jason Garrett in the AT&T stadium catacombs to Dallas coach Jason Garrett:”If you get the chance, get me.”

Until then, however, he wanted to do his best for the Seahawks. His contract in Seattle runs for another year. If Seattle presented a new contract to Safety, Thomas wouldn’t mind:”It would be a nice Christmas present.”

Otherwise, he wants a trade with the cowboys. He’s still on his career high, but you can’t ignore the business in football:”There are really good guys coming.”
