NBA: Toronto Raptors block Serge Ibaka for violating the team rules of a game

The Toronto Raptors have put Serge Ibaka on hold for a game. So Air Congo didn’t play the Atlanta Hawks. According to a press release, the Big Man had broken the rules of the team.
