NBA: Isaiah Thomas and Celtics-GM Danny Ainge settle dispute

The return to the field at TD Garden failed, but Isaiah Thomas was still in the hall at the game of his Cleveland Cavaliers at the Boston Celtics. The Point Guard spoke about his relationship with Celtics-GM Danny Ainge after the trade. He emphasized that everything was fine.

After his trade with Cleveland, Thomas had initially reacted angrily and explained that he might never speak to Ainge again. I don’t have any negative feelings anymore,”said Thomas NBC Sports Boston.” I’m just annoyed that he didn’t send me a Christmas card.”

At the same time, IT emphasized once again that everything was fine between GM and him and he had forgiven him. The fans were looking forward to their former favorite anyway. Thomas expected a lot of affection on his return to Boston and he got it too. During a time-out, the former Celtics playmaker received a standing ovation, although he did not play at all. Ex-Celtic Jae Crowder was also warmly welcomed at the presentation of the Cavs.

The Celtics won the game in a confident manner and further expanded their leadership in the Eastern Conference.
