DEL: Polar bears stick to Nuremberg and Munich

Record champion Eisbären Berlin remains Ice Tigers and Red Bull Munich in the DEL following Nuremberg. The capital club defeated on 40. Iserlohn Roosters 3:1 (2:1,0:0,1:0) against their own backdrop.

After the defeat in Munich on Friday’s top flight, Berlin is now once again level on points (each 82) with the Bayern. The residents of Munich can, however, rest at the ERC Ingolstadt in the evening.

In the fight for the playoff places, the Schwenninger Wild Wings suffered a setback at 0:4 (0:1,0:1,1,0:2) with the Krefeld Penguins.

For the polar bears, Canadians Jamison MacQueen (9th) and Blake Parlett (15th) as well as international Thomas Oppenheimer scored an empty goal six seconds from the end. Jason Jaspers (13th) was successful for the Roosters.
