Handball: Flensburg: Jensen to replace Toft Hansen

The German handball runner-up SG Flensburg-Handewitt has reacted to the departure of some top performers and signed Simon Hald Jensen (23) for the coming season.

The Danish circular runner moves from Aalborg Handbold to Flensburg and receives a contract until 2021, where Jensen is to succeed his compatriot Henrik Toft Hansen, who is moving to Paris.

Besides Toft Hansen’s departure, the changes of Kentin Mahe and Thomas Mogensen have been fixed for quite some time. The Frenchman Mahe will be playing for the Hungarian top club KC Veszprem from the summer, while Mogensen will be moving to his Danish home country Skjern Handbold.
