Sports policy: doping: Vitali Mutko takes the lead over CAS

Former Russian Sports Minister Witali Mutko is pulling out of the International Sports Court CAS against his lifelong Olympic suspension. This was confirmed by a court spokesperson to the French news agency AFP on Tuesday.
