The German selection increases on 13. January into the European Handball Championship in Croatia: The DHB team arrives at the first European Handball Championship on Saturday at 5.15 pm in Zagreb on Montenegro, the ZDF broadcasts the match live. The European Championship takes place from 12. till 28. January. A total of 16 teams will compete in four groups, with three teams per group qualifying for the next round. The German team will enter the race as defending champions and will face Montenegro before Slovenia and Macedonia wait in Group C to start.
