NBA: Media: Pelicans commit to DeAndre Liggins

According to media reports, the New Orleans Pelicans have strengthened their position in the backcourt and signed DeAndre Liggins. He was recently released by the Bucks.

This is reported by ESPN insider Adrian Wojnarowski. Accordingly, the Pelicans use an Injury Exception to contract Liggins for 10 days.

Liggins must have flown to Memphis to sign his contract. The Pels meet the grizzlies on Thursday night.

In the current season, Liggins stood 31 times for the bucks on the court, playing an average of 1.8 points and 1.6 rebounds in 15.5 minutes.
