NBA: Dion Waiters threatens season’s end for Dion Waiters

Dion Waiters has been missing the Miami Heat for eight games due to ankle problems. The shooting guard didn’t want to be operated on last because this could end his season. But his opinion might have changed now.

According to Miami Herald’s Barry Jackson, Waiters is now considering an operation on the left ankle. This would abruptly end the Waiters season. The Shooting Guard is said to have asked several doctors for their opinions. A final decision is expected in the near future.

Waiters has been playing with ankle problems in the past season, but has also been biting his teeth because of his Free Agency. In the summer, the gunner then signs a four-year contract that will bring him a total of 44 million dollars.

This season Waiters has played 30 games so far. The shooting guard played 14.3 points and 3.8 assists. However, Waiters had enormous problems with his litter. A 39.8 percent share of 39.8 percent from the field and 30.6 percent from downtown are certainly not a glorious achievement.
