NBA: Dragic shines against the Bucks – Miami Heat celebrate seventh victory in a row

Miami Heat continues to ride the wave of success. Against the Milwaukee Bucks, a strong Goran Dragic is the seventh consecutive victory. Justise Winslow also has good news to report.

Heat-Coach Erik Spoelstra changed in this season for the 14th time. Tyler Johnson and James Johnson came for Kelly Olynyk and Derrick Jones. Exceptionally, however, this was not due to injury, as the two of them took their seats in the bank. The conversion didn’t get the boys from South Beach out of hand – they clinched their seventh victory in a row.

In the complete first half, the teams noticed the early tip-off time (13 o’ clock local time). The hosts lost 5 times after a few minutes and scarcely hit a roll. Only Tyler Johnson reached his offensive normal form and scored 11 points after 24 minutes. But things didn’t go much better for the bucks – on the contrary. Their throwing rate after two quarters was 36.6 percent, so that they only had a 43:41 lead to the break tea.

After the change of sides Hassan Whiteside set several exclamation points and put his team in the lead with great offensive and defensive actions. Miami led through a 12-0 run with a two-digit lead (58:48). The bucks recovered from this, but nevertheless went into the final section with an official mortgage.

In this match, Justise Winslow took the Heat 7 minutes before the end by three-way with 18 points in the lead. Winslow returned after 14 games after suffering from a knee injury. The triple meant his only points of the game (in 13 minutes). However, the Bucks managed to reduce the score to 11 points. But the strong Goran Dragic could not offer this. He was responsible for 8 quick heat points in a row – the decision.

The European champion finished the game with 25 points (9/17 FG), Whiteside played a double-double (15 points, 10 rebounds, 4 blocks). All other starters also scored double-digit points. Top scorer of the Bucks was Giannis Antetokounmpo with 22 points. Eric Bledsoe (10 points, 4/16 FG) disappointed.
