The League is grieving. Celtics legend JoJo White died at the age of 71. The Hall of Famer died of cancer.

“We are very sad about the death of the great JoJo White,”said the Boston Celtics in a press release,”He was a champion and a great man. He was incredibly talented in the field and always generous.”

White won the title with Celtics in 1974 and 1976 and was elected seven times to the All-Star team. In 1976 he was even awarded the MVP finals and won the gold medal at the Olympics with the USA.
