Snowboard: Anna Gasser wins Big Air at X-Games

Anna Gasser won the snowboarder’s Big-Air competition at the prestigious X-Games in Aspen on Saturday, Austria’s athlete of the year with 86 points, ahead of Reira Iwabuchi from Japan and Jamie Anderson from the US Olympic team, who both scored 71 points.

Gasser will be on his way home to Austria on Sunday, where he will be training for a few days before the 26-year-old will finish on 4 January. February to the Olympic Games in Pyeongchang.
