Golf: Woodland wins tournament in Scottsdale in jump-offs

Gary Woodland won the US Tour tournament in Scottsdale/Arizona in the jump-off. The American prevailed against his fellow countryman Chez Reavie at the event, which was endowed with 6.9 million dollars, on the first extra hole.

After four rounds, both had been equal with 266 strokes.

Rickie Fowler (USA), who was leading after the third round, dropped back to eleventh place after a weak 73cc lap. Alex Cejka (Munich) had left before the second round.
